Return Policy

• You can return your item within 14 days of receipt (keep in mind if you're international it may take up to 21 days for your returned item to get to us)
  
  
• We will notify you by email when we've received your returned item
  
  
• We will refund the exact amount that you paid for the item (includes discounts from sales and discount codes)
  
  
• A refund to your account can take up to 10 days from us receiving your returned item
  
  
• If you would like to return your item, you are required to fill out the return form included with your order, and include that form with your returned item
  
  
• If you've replaced your return form you can find it here
  
  
• You may return the item in its original packaging or your own packaging, just make sure it is securely packed and mailed correctly (we are not responsibly if the returned item gets lost or damaged on the way back to us)
  
  
• In the unlikely event that the item was returned back to us in poor condition, we may return it back to you (you will be notified by email if this is the case)
  

Exchanges

• If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size or colour, you'll have to fill our the return form accordingly
  
  
• If you'd like to exchange the item for an entirely new item, you'll have to return that item and place an entirely different order for your new item
  
  
• We will notify you via email about your exchange as soon as we send it off to you
